Ignatius Blue. The Boy in the Armor

TO EMBRACE BEING

Born under a regime.

A childhood memory in charcoal.

An adolescent surrounded by motorcycles and Spanish mischief.

Romances in the summer nights.

The entrepreneur. The intellectual. The benchmark. The doctor. The clinical eye that measures with an iron rod.

Duty and living up to it. Social pressure. A studied life.

And suddenly, to understand that you’ve inhabited a body that isn’t yours. A parallel life. like recognizing a stranger in the mirror.

Can one dare to be?

Can someone shatter the armor they’ve been building their whole life?

This isn’t the story of a hero. But that of a child, who at 60 dares to look inward…

And whose only tool for speaking to oneself is painting.
